They did not provide the support as promised. There was no comfort provided at all. Today's fashion footwear features many flat shoes that have no support inside them. These insoles provide just enough bedding for your foot without being too much. I found them better with closed flat shoes as opposed to open flat shoes. Not recommending this product for high heels though (closed or open). These really didn't do anything at all for me to ease the pain in my heals. The only nice thing about them is the black lining for when wearing barefoot, but that's it. For me it was a total waste of money! |
